"EMPA construction first worked for us in 2018. After we purchased our house they effectively gutted it inside, working on the plumbing and electrics, repainting the house throughout, laying new flooring, and redoing the bathrooms.
More recently during Summer 2020. Their team extended our ground floor to create a bigger kitchen living area with separate garage utility.
As part of this project they installed a new kitchen for us, as well as underfloor heating and downstairs loo.
In additional they laid new patio paving and grass in the garden.
Erlandas at EMPA construction gave us an accurate estimate of time to complete the works and kept us informed of progress throughout.
He was also transparent as to the costs of the various work involved and clear when any extra work and associated costs were incurred.
